InCrys grew by 45% in 2010Bucharest, February 2011: InCrys announces a 45% increase in turnover in 2010 compared to 2009. The company, specialized in software outsourcing and complete hardware and networking solutions, had a 6.16 million Euro turnover, compared to 4.23 million Euro the year before.
According to a research by CEEOA (Central and Eastern European Outsourcing Association), published in December 2010, the increase in the volume of IT outsourcing services offered by Romania was 44% during 2009-2010. InCrys followed this trend and acquired an increase in turnover above the market average.
The company explains this evolution by an increase in new, high-value projects, an improvement in productivity and an increase in the number of employees. InCrys has enlarged its team with 32 IT specialists in 2010 – a 30% increase in the number of employees, compared to 2009. Other 8 software developers have been recruited from the beginning of this year. The company now has approximately 160 employees certified in IBM, Oracle - Sun Microsystems, Red Hat and Microsoft products.
“Recruiting will continue in 2011, at least as much as in 2010. We want do diversify the profile and skills of our team members, to comply with the demands of the global market. As we speak, we’re recruiting Oracle, Java and especially BI (Business Intelligence) specialists. Because some of the BI technologies are relatively new on the Romanian market, we provide training programs”, says Gheorghe Pasc, General Manager InCrys.
InCrys, founded in July 2000 with 100% Romanian capital, activates on the software market both as an independent service provider, and as an outsourcing provider. The company recently entered the Deloitte Central Europe Technology FAST 50 at number 18, due to a 635% increase in turnover during 2005-2009. The main markets for InCrys are USA, Canada and Western Europe, and most clients are from the banking, retail, manufacturing and transport industries. |
