InCrys is recruiting 10 specialists at IT student job fair

Bucharest, March 2011: InCrys, the Romanian IT Consulting and software outsourcing services provider, announces its partnership with BEST Bucharest (Board of European Students of Technology). The company will take part in 360˚ Career Event, a job fair dedicated to the students of the Polytechnics University in Bucharest.

The event will take place between March 7-11 and it is addressed to students and young graduates. They have the chance to take part in various trainings, case studies, seminars and career-oriented conferences, and to meet the employers directly.

InCrys will support the event by taking part in Employer’s Lounge – a series of direct meetings between students and companies, where employment opportunities will be discussed. The students had the opportunity to apply on the dedicated web page for this event. After a selection made by the company, the most talented ones will be invited for individual discussions that will take place at Orange Concept Store, on Calea Victoriei 41, on March 11th, at 10 o’clock.

“Our goal for this event is to recruit 10 young professionals with good knowledge of Java (Eclipse JEE, Eclipse RCP), PL/SQL , C/C++. Students who speak French or German will have priority. They will have the opportunity to work for external clients and get involved in global projects”, says Gheorghe Pasc, General Manager InCrys.

The company is preparing an internship program for this summer – 12 talented students will be able to work on concrete projects and compete for a job.

InCrys has enlarged its team by 30 people in 2010 – a 30% increase in the number of employees, compared to 2009. The company now has approximately 160 software developers certified on IBM, Oracle - Sun Microsystems, Red Hat and Microsoft products.

InCrys has reported a 45% increase in turnover in 2010 compared to 2009. The company, specialized in software development outsourcing (software development, software testing and software maintenance) and complete hardware and networking solutions, had a 6.16 million Euro turnover in 2010, compared to 2009.
