InCrys: 18% increase in its software outsourcing businessBucharest, July 20th, 2010: InCrys, the Romanian complete IT Consulting and Services provider, announces an 18% increase in turnover in S1 2010, compared to the similar period last year. The company, specialized in software outsourcing and complete hardware and networking solutions, had a EUR 2,34 million turnover in the first six months of this year, compared to EUR 1,98 million in the similar period last year.
InCrys had previously forecasted a significant increase this year, of at least 15%, both in terms of turnover and number of employees.
InCrys, founded in July 2000 with 100% Romanian capital, activates on the software market both as an independent services supplier, and as an outsourcing services provider.
The company is undergoing an active recruiting process, looking especially for software development specialists (mainly .NET and Java – JEE and Swing developers), software packaging specialists and testers. InCrys now has a team of 143 specialists involved in complex software outsourcing projects. The company has already hired 18 people in 2010, and will overcome the estimates made at the beginning of this year.
„As the number of external projects increases, we will continue to hire people, to enrich our portfolio of technical competencies. I hope the decision will be kept not to tax programmers’ salaries, so that the Romanian software outsourcing industry can maintain its cost advantages”, says Gheorghe Pasc, General Manager InCrys.
In the medium run, InCrys considers accessing European funding in order to develop its own software solutions, for industries such as pharma or banking. |
